How to Search
- Click the Shopping tab at the top of SmartShopper.
- Enter the product information in the search field and select the proper category. In order to get the most accurate and relevant results enter as much specific product information as you can.
- Click "Search" to have SmartShopper find you the best deals from online vendors and auctions sites.

Viewing Results
- After searching hundreds of sites according to your search criteria, results are displayed by SmartShopper. Results are divided into 3 sections: Stores, eBay, and Most Popular Products.
- On each offer, you will see a brief product description and below that a link to other users’ "Product Reviews".
- Sort your results by Price, Total Price (with tax and shipping), or by Store Rating.
- The vendor name and logo is displayed at the top left of each offer.
- The price is displayed at the top right of each offer. Click the price for more details directly from the vendor.
- The Total Price, which factors in taxes, shipping and handling charges, is displayed along with information telling you if the specific vendor has the product in stock or not.
- A star rating system gives you valuable insight for both products and stores.
- Click the "Read Store Reviews" link on each offer to hear people's experiences with that vendor.
- Ready to make a purchase? Press the "Click Here" button to go to the vendor's website. Please note: all further transactions are carried out directly between you and the vendor.

Product Description
On each offer, you will see a brief product description. To view a full description of the product, just click the "More" link. This will open a product description and specification window.

Most Popular Products
SmartShopper lets you know what the most popular products are in the category relevant to your search; providing pricing information, product reviews and store reviews for each popular product.

Product Reviews
A great way to know how fellow shoppers feel about the product you are interested in purchasing is by reading reviews about it. To view what industry experts and fellow shoppers have to say, just click the "Product Reviews" link.

Store Reviews
SmartShopper delivers you results from the most trusted and known names in online retail. However, different people have different shopping experiences in each store. In order for you to make an informed decision about where to make your purchase, we also provide you with store reviews by fellow shoppers. To view what others have to say about each store, just click the "Read Store Reviews" link below the store logo.

Star Rating System
The star rating system is a 0 – 5 star system with 5 stars being the highest rating and 0 stars the lowest. The overall star rating of each product and store is calculated based on the following criteria:
- Average rating, with extra weight given to high quality reviews.
- Number of reviews about the product or store.
- Recency of reviews about the product or store.
Generally, a higher number of stars will reflect a product or store with high customer satisfaction.

Trusted Store Seal
The Trusted Store seal is an extra bit of information that will help you feel confident with your buying decision. Merchants with this seal have consistently received positive customer ratings and reviews, provided accurate pricing and shipping information, and have always honored the prices they list on their site.

Total Price
Total Price indicates the price of the product, inclusive of additional tax and shipping charges. To enjoy this feature, you need to set your U.S. shipping address ZIP code in the user Options.

SmartOffer
A SmartOffer is marked when SmartShopper finds the lowest price found from a Trusted Store.

Transactions
Since all transactions are processed directly on the vendor site, SmartShopper does not keep a record of your transaction. Before completing your transaction, be sure to write down or print all relevant transaction information and confirmation numbers that you need to remember.
