How to Search

1. Click the "Travel" tab at the top of SmartShopper and select "Hotels".
2. Select a city from the most popular destination list, or enter the Country, State and City of the location you are searching for a hotel.
3. Enter the desired Check In and Check Out dates in the appropriate fields.(Tip: Click the Calendar icon to easily select your rental dates.)
4. Select the number of Rooms and the number of Guests in your party.
5. Click "Search" to have SmartShopper find you great savings on Hotel accommodations.

Note: Following a search, you can change any of currently selected Hotel parameters by clicking "Back" on the SmartShopper Tool.

Viewing Results

1. After searching hundreds of sites according to your search criteria, results are displayed by SmartShopper.
2. Sort your results by Price, Rating or Hotel Name.
3. The hotel name and logo is displayed at the top left of each offer.
4. The room rate per night is displayed at the top right of each offer. When you search for more than one room, the rate represents an average of the room prices. Click the rate for more details directly from the vendor.
5. A detailed description and exact address is provided, as well as easily identifiable amenities icons for each hotel, to help you compare between offers.
6. Click "More" for additional details, amenities and images of the hotel, or “Show Map” to see the hotel’s exact location.
7. You may view the star ratings of each hotel.
8. Ready to reserve a hotel room? Click on "Click Here" to go to the Hotel vendor’s website. Please note: all further transactions all further transactions are carried out directly between you and the vendor.

Star Ratings
Each hotel is rated with stars. This provides a general guide to the level of service and amenities that you can expect to receive from the hotel. It may also indicate the general price range of the hotel. A one-star rating typically represents a budget hotel, while a five-star rating indicates a luxury hotel.

Amenities
The amenities and services provided by each hotel are displayed as easily identifiable icons within each offer. You may hover your mouse on each icon for an explanation, or click on the “More” link for a full description of the hotel.

Mapping
Click the “Show Map” link to view detailed satellite imagery indicating the hotel’s exact location or distance from the airport and significant city landmarks.

Worldwide Values
If you travel internationally, be assured that SmartShopper automatically finds the best values on room rates from around the globe.

Discount Rates
SmartShopper works with a variety of travel vendors to bring you special rates and savings. If you are qualified to receive additional government, corporate, or senior discounts, contact the travel vendor directly. In most cases, you are required to provide additional documentation during your booking upon check-in to confirm that you are qualified to receive the discount.

Transactions
Before completing your transaction, be sure to write down or print all relevant accommodation information and confirmation numbers that you need to remember. SmartShopper does not keep a record of your transaction with the travel vendor. Please contact the vendor with any questions regarding your reservation.
